I hired him to do re-do the concrete on my front step. The concrete has significant dis-colorization (dark grey, light gray and white spots), has pieces that broke off already, has his 2 fingerprints in the concrete, water marks and edges have ridges. The worst concrete job I have ever seen. He refuses to come over and look at it and try to fix it even though he admitted to his fingerprints, etc. His response was 'see you in court'.
