Make sure you get a WRITTEN CONTRACT with Side View Construction. He took me to the "cleaners" by over $50,000 of "unfinished work" and did not refund me all the money I paid to buy the electrical lighting, plumbing fixtures and so much more with his PROMISE of reimbursing me. This should have been refunded before closing, thus I was double dipped by Manual Casillas with interest on my loan. His frequent saying to me was,"TRUST ME, WE ARE NEIGHBORS, YOU KNOW WHERE TO FIND ME". Side View Construction isn't an HONEST, RELIABLE CONSTRUCTION CO.
