    Cabinet and countertop install

    Tom and his crew recently installed some new countertop and cabinets for me. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and fit my schedule. A+++ work.

    If you are looking for someone to build your home or assist with renovation/remodel plans, Tom and Siegen 7 are the ones for the job.

    Wonderful home for family

    Siegen 7 developments built our home this past year. My husband and I are very glad we had them as our contractor. Our neighbors experienced some real difficulties with a different contractor, while we had very few issues. Our finished home has been enjoyable, quite and comfortable. Brian and Tom Guerin have both been wonderful to work with and have followed up on the few items we have had issues with. Our neighbors on the other hand have had nothing but problems with their contractor. We are very pleased with our Siegen 7 home. Will definitely recommend Siegen 7 to others. VHH

    Siegen 7 Dev has built two of my homes for my family over the past 8 years. Each of the homes had many details that we desired and are amazing, comfortable and very energy efficient. The punch out took three weeks, but overall we were very satisfied. Had a couple call backs over the first year for small items and in both occasions, Tom took care of each item that needed attention.

    These guys (Tom and Brian) have both been great about coming back and addressing any issues. We have lived in our current home for over 4 years and still enjoy it very much. The details have been amazing compared to our neighbors. As a homeowner, have pride in knowing Tom and Brian were there to help us even after the sale.
