I would like to compliment Richard Arnold, the service technician for Sierra Air LLC. Richard came to our house to do the spring time checkup on our AC system. He took his time making sure I had no unanswered questions and explained what he did as well as correcting some minor things that needed to be corrected. He was honest, straight forward and very polite.

This company has no business installing HVAC systems at all. They have inexperienced people running service, a rude service manager, and it took these people 6 weeks to replace a piece of ductwork that was pinched between my truss and roof sheeting. Excuses are part of their porfolio. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the worst, I'd give Sierra Air/Silverado Mechanical a negative value. Poor customer service, inadequate employees and a don't care attitude. You should do business in another state.

This is the first time that Matt came to our house to fix our thermostat. As with every other technician that has summarized and winterized our HVACs Matt was not only courteous, but professional. He arrived when he was supposed to and quickly found and fixed our problem with the thermostat.
