We own two rental properties in Vacaville and live in Sacramento now. Sometimes it's difficult for us to get to Vacaville and make any repairs or take care of our tenants requests so we did some checking around and found Kirk at Sierra Home Repair. What a Godsend he has been. We can count on him to take care of whatever issues arise with our properties; including showing them to prospective tenants when we are unable to get down to Vacaville. Recently, he remodeled one of the bathrooms in one of the rentals as it had some major water damage behind the shower. He rebuilt the inside studs of the walls and re-tiled the tub walls and floor, installed a new vanity and countertop and painted. The bathroom looks like something out of a model home now. He even found us good tenants and we are very pleased. Being in our late 70's, it is nice to know someone who is fair, honest and dependable to take care of our income properties as we get on in years. We can leave town in our RV and not worry that if something happens at one of the properties, Kirk will take care of it.
