Everything started off great with Rob (owner of Sierra). Unfortunately our project turned out to be too big for him to handle and it quickly spiraled out of control. The project took much longer than anticipated and he stopped showing up at the end, sending just his helper. We had to part ways because the work quality went downhill once he stopped showing up, leaving us with a significant amount of work that was not finished and an even more significant amount of work that needed to be corrected.
