This is a very reliable company. We discovered an architectural flaw which caused a leak 18 months after roof replacement. The owner repaired the flaw and re-roofed the area at no charge. We have used them for the last 10 years (prior to the re-roofing) and found them to be quick to respond and communication very easy.
