Kyle Carson is a horrible electrician. We had a conversation he quoted us $250-$300 when he came by he used a product that he never used before. So basically he was learning on the job.
So the job finally got finished he charged us $540.
His excuse was he had a charge for labor the 250 and $300 was for parts which wasn’t explained very well at the beginning. Not only that the lights didn’t work for 24 hours. I called him the very next day he kinda had an attitude told me the lights were working when I left and I told him you left 24 hours ago we only tried to turn the lights on twice so you could tell he didn’t wanna come back over and fix the job that he did our problem is we paid him cash? That was a mistake so we then set another appointment to come over a week later my family had no lights for a week. I was trying to be really patient with Kyle so Kyle never showed up to his second appointment so now my family is out $540 Kyle has not answered any of our text messages any of our phone calls so if anybody’s considering hiring Kyle Carson, that would be a very bad mistake he’s not that good an electrician. His customer service skills are poor. He takes your money and he doesn’t finish the job. Spread the word do not hire Kyle Carson. He’s a crook.
