Run far, far away from this poor excuse for a builder. Bill and his idiot son, Billy, have no idea how to pay attention to details. Just a few examples: installation of deck doors onto stairs with the locks on the outside, using perforated drain tile on downspout inside rock column on patio causing water leaking from underneath the column, using natural gas orifices on fireplaces and cooktop with propane gas, installing natural gas lines to electric hot water heaters, using wrong stain color throughout the entire house etc. On our walk through there were 57 items requiring their attention. Move in was supposed to have been in early September. We were finally able to take possession in late January. Unfortunately, the problems continued. Begrudgingly they have finally fixed all the problems. Do yourself a favor. Don't use Signature Builders KC to build anything.
