I contacted Scott the business owner of Signature Electric on three occasions. Each time I was impressed with what I could see as his business model to be forthright in advice, pricing, and scheduling. I have a 100-year-old house. On one occasion, I asked if they could accommodate my complex schedule because I was having difficulties. I explained I needed help on short notice. Scott both texted me called me several times that day to try to change his schedule to work with me. Not only did he go out of his way to assist me as a business but also a good fellow citizen. I offered to pay more because of the time constrain and difficulties I placed on him and his coworkers but he wouldn’t do that. He completed the work on short notice with the regular charges, no gimmicks’, no extras, just honest work and honest advice. I actually complained to him he didn’t charge me enough, not kidding. His workers are polite, highly skilled and they hit the ground running every time I’ve used them. They show up on time and work fast. Signature Electric installed new wiring for lights and outlets with updates to efficient LED lighting, outside security lighting on all doors, new ARC Fault and Ground Fault Interrupted Circuits at exterior entrances and changes to update the circuit breaker panels. I also had them do a complete electrical house inspection from the attic wiring down through the basement because old houses can be tricky business with the many owners. The cost was very minimal with good recommendations on the results. If you have an old house with many owners and many changes, I highly recommend to have them do an electrical inspection. In the end, you know what outlets are missing grounding, or should be changed to GFIC and ARC Fault, with lighting recommendations to save money, balancing the circuit breaker panel, and an understanding of what systems are out of code. You can get a cost estimate for repairs and recommendations if you feel the changes should be made or updated. You can trust this company, that is why they get five stars for the three times I hired them. Thank you, Ryan, Chris and Scott for your outstanding team work.
