DO NOT use this shady vendor - they are extremely non communicative and seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth. We are a current (dissatisfied) customer and are switching to a more competent vendor ASAP! They are impossible to get in touch with and never make an attempt to respond to any emails, calls, or due dates for inspections and fire saftey compliancy. Their website has been disabled, and I have only once been connected to a representative after dozens of attempted phone calls - they have an automatic answering service with multiple different extension lines, and every single extension is a dead end.
If you want a vendor who never responds to emails or calls, and leaves you in risk of noncompliance with fire saftey codes - SignaWest is a great fit for you.
