After 2 months of Sikes not wanting to take care of poor concrete material. I have had a company do a test on the concrete and less than 500psi for a 3000psi mix. Cracks every where and you can crush the concrete by hand. Hugh Sikes has informed me of filing for bankruptcy and believes he is not responsible. After many times of saying he will make it right.
