I was in the process of selling my house. Several electrical items were brought to my attention resulting from the buyer’s home inspection report that subsequently, I agreed to take care of.
With such a tight time frame to work with, I was hard-pressed to find an electrical contractor who could complete the work by the stipulated date prior to closing.
I was also VERY concerned about finding an electrical contractor who would NOT take advantage of my situation and jack-up the price and/or perform shoddy work.
Another electrical contractor friend of mine who was too busy to perform the work for me, referred me to Jim Sikma, President of Arrows Electric, Inc.
From my very first interaction with Jim, I knew unequivocally, he was the right person for the job. He graciously and reassuringly informed me that he too was very busy but would find a way to complete the electrical work necessary for me to sell my home prior to the stipulated date.
Three business days later, all the work stipulated in the buyer’s amendment was completed in a top-notch manner at a very reasonable price. Jim even went the extra mile and sent my realtor a copy of the work report, paid receipt and lien waiver without being prompted.
I cannot overstate how exceptional Jim’s customer service and quality of work really are.
Arrows Electric is now my go-to contractor for all my electrical needs, as well as all my referrals.
