Silo Custom Homes only offers limited finish choices for kitchen, flooring and lighting from the builders set suppliers. (similar offerings to low end track builders- not custom here except the price). The purchase process was difficult and filled with price increases due to the builder inexperience in estimating construction costs and passing of their errors on to the buyer. Buyer beware..
