  Tear off old and replace roof

  Great job I expected them to be here all day and then some. They started a 7 am and were done lunchtime. Great crew and good workmanship. By supper time the dumpster was gone. I was impressed and I’m a hard guy to impress

  All around excellent experience. Chris and his team were punctual, neat, and evidently experienced. They prepped the area by moving anything that may have been damaged as well as protected shrubs from debris. We couldn’t be more impressed with their efforts and the outcome of our new roof. All at competitive pricing.

  Chris Silva and team just replaced our entire roof and we cannot say enough about how great the experience was working with them from start to finish! Chris is highly professional and very responsive with calls and texts. If you are looking for an excellent roofer, look no further. I would recommend him to anyone! We called for an estimate after finding a major leak and Chris came the next day and gave us an itemized estimate. He was at our house with his crew days a few short days later. The roof is amazing and he left zero evidence that a crew was at our property - it might have been cleaner than when he arrived!

  Chris Silva just completed a new roof for me and I couldn't be happier. I researched several roofers and Mike Rank kept popping up. Mike was backed up for a few months but recommended his friend Chris Silva and said he would stake his own reputation on the quality of Chris's work.
  Chris showed up the same day I called and gave me a reasonable estimate. He was great working around a few conflicts I had. He returned every email and phone call promptly. His crew showed up at 8AM and were done by 3PM.
  I had two bathroom vents ducted to the attic. Chris made sure they were vented through the roof with appropriate vent covers on them. An old exhaust fan was removed from the roof and ridge vents were installed. The yard is spotless of roof debris and nails. Chris grew up in Surf City and takes a great deal of pride in his work.

  Roof repair

  Silva Roofing replace our roof about 4-5 years ago. Great work, fast and fair price. During a air conditioning service our contractor noticed some wind damage on roof yesterday. ( home is ocean side) contacted Chris Silva and less than 24 hours later he and crew came by to repair and inspect roof. WOWZAH! I can highly recommend this company in every way. No BS. JUST GOOD WORK at Fair Prices. Nuff said! Use these guys you will be happy.

  A shoutout to Silva Roofing LLC of Manahawkin…. Had Mike Rank Roofing out for an estimate, but he is backed up for 3 months so he recommended his friend Christ of Silva Roofing LLC of Manahawkin… Chris came out the same day and gave a most reasonable estimate….and was available to do the job the next day… Chris and his crew of 10 knocked out the job in 4 1/2 hours stripping off 2 layers of roofing and replacing 3 sheets of plywood that had water damage on a two story colonial…. What an amazing job… and when they were done, you would of never known they were here… my yard was spotless of debris…highly recommend…
