Additionally they broke the sales agreement by not completing the cabana bath after close as stated on the addendum on the sales contract. Still in litigation trying to get them to do the right thing and fix the home. I cannot sell it for what I purchased it for and HCAD reduced the property value after viewing the inspections by $300k
