    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER!! Quality is the worst I ever seen. D.r Horton builds better and they Are horrible! Trim is not painted everywhere dirty when painted, flooring coming off the house is 2 months old, they landscaped over the hay that they had covering the mud, tile is crooked in the shower. All of their contractors are really bad!!

    RUN! Work is terribly substandard. Wish I had noticed more defects before we purchased. Floors are uneven in places. Molding is off the floor about 3/8 in places. Some molding is bent because the sheet rock was so poorly installed next to the shower. Painting on some trim has very noticeable debris contained in the pain.

    I wouldn't say poor and I wouldn't say good, but somewhere between. Slow at resolving their build discrepancies and that is after bothering them over and over. If only we had to do it all over again things would be in writing.... silly us.
