We felt the builders were honest & reliable. The process was smooth and if there was anything minor that went wrong, we could trust it would be made right. We love our house and have had 0 issues since we moved in 3 years ago. We were able to customize things like making a larger porch and adding a window seat. Other neighbors with other build companies have had plumbing, cement, foundation, etc. issues. Not so with this builder.
