This contractor agreed to repave my driveway. Drew up a contract. Paid down payment of $525.00 Had until May 25 to start work. Didn't show. Didn't return calls, emails, or texts. Bob Cardell did cash my check. He provided insurance and business license documents. The phone number on his business card made the phone he had with him ring. When I started calling to see if he was going to call up, the first time, he answered. Later calls got mail box message full messages. Don't do business with him, no matter how many documents he provides. Will be taking him to small claims court. Doubt he will show up.

On Jan. 20, 2016 I paid him $1500 cash as deposit to do my roof. He drew up fake contracts and showed insurance docs that I now know were bogus as well. I never saw him again. I have all documentation and saved his phone messages that were all BS. Later I found out he ripped off another friend for $450 with his "fake" parking lot striping. I heard today that he's in jail for Theft by Deception. I hope he stays there.
