David replaced my roof in November 2021 with a 30 year warranty. My roof was inspected in November 2024 because we were selling our house. The buyers inspection report identified multiple issues with the roof. I attempted to reach out to Silver Linings and David to remediate the issues identified in the inspection report and honor their warranty and transfer the roof warranty to the buyer of my home.
David has not responded to multiple emails, text messages, phone calls, Facebook messages and messages on Home Advisor related to honoring his company warranty on my roof. I was referred to Silver Linings by Home Advisor. David has not responded to Home Advisors request to contact me. Silver Linings phone numbers were disconnected shortly after I attempted to contact them to honor their company warranty on my roof and transfer the roof warranty to the buyer of my home. David has not contacted me to honor his company warranty or transfer the warranty to the buyer of our home. I would strongly suggest using a different reputable contractor for your home improvement projects.
