The Silver State newbie they sent out struggled here for a couple of hours to give us a false diagnosis. We paid for every minute he was here on the phone trying to get help to figure it out. ($350.00)
The next company sent a 20 year veteran in the HVAC industry and he solved it in less than 10 minutes. This new company did not charge us a dime. (I think they felt bad about our having been charged so much by Silver State.) Stay away from Silver State for residential - they are hiring beginners and they charge a FORTUNE.
