We contracted Silverline Restoration to do a new roof, fix some structural flaws, get us new skylights, and install solar panels. They did not show up on their scheduled day (and did not let me know until I called them, confused about where they were.) They came and completed most of the job on January 14th and 15th. We contacted them later that week to ask about the skylights because they were not replaced and we hadn't heard anything. We called them again a week later because of some excessive leaking that we noticed whenever it rained in our breezeway where they were supposed to fix some of the structural issues. They also left a lot of (construction) debris in our yard (items that would not fit in our weekly trash collection.) They neglected to call us back about any of these issues, despite many attempts on our part. As of April 12, these issues still have not been resolved (We were promised that they would arrive today to rectify all of the issues- however did not show up. Once we called twice and left messages, we learned that they were not planning on coming.) The lack of communication is appalling. I also have some concerns about their safety practices- our neighbor informed us that he saw one of the workers fall off of our roof while they were working (and they did not inform us.)

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a SCAM!!! We hired them in March 2023 for a roofing job, they took our deposit of over $6500 and disappeared. There is zero communication from them, you have to chase them down to get any kind of response. Dave (the owner) kept giving us excuse after excuse when we finally did get ahold of him about why the job wasn’t done yet. They don’t show up on the scheduled day and they don’t even bother to communicate with you to let you know! We made it very clear that all we want is communication and he couldn’t even do that!! We were FINALLY told a date for the roof would be September 2nd. That day came and went with them again, not showing up and not so much as a word from them. We said enough is enough and at this point we just want our money back. After chasing Dave around again, he finally agreed to give us our money back. He said he would be around and ghosted us again. So far, he has promised to return our money 3 times and has not shown up or contacted us each time. We are now going to seek legal action against this fraudulent company. We have already filed a complaint with the BBB which they claim they are a BBB accredited company with an A+ rating on their website. That’s just another lie, they are not a BBB accredited company. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MORE MONEY! He has stolen enough money from our family. It’s absolutely disgusting that he would steal from a family that is just trying to fix a leaky roof. We work hard and have little kids to support, this is a huge financial loss for us. Dave should be ashamed of himself. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
