An accurate description would be "semi-custom" homes instead of true custom. We started our build in Nov/Dec 2018 closed 2nd week of Aug 2019 with some small details still needing addressed. We have been pleased with our home with exception of a window we upgraded from their standard. Issues with it Feb and by July, getting in contact with the manufacturer ourselves, it was taken seriously and fixed. Due to the problem with that major item, with frustration from us, builder said he was going to "step aside" from the issue. "Any other builder would have stepped aside a long time ago" after a text. Disrespect along with constant intrusion of our home/time is important too. So, be VERY patient with any problems!
