After 18 months of constant complaints, and multiple plumbing assessments we were finally able to get Silverthorne Homes to send someone in to repair the mess of plumbing they put in our house. Despite telling us multiple times that the job was going to be a 2 day job, the job ended up taking 10 days. They placed tarps on the first day which resulted in tearing off the paint and drywall from the wall, which never got repaired. They did nothing else during the rest of that time to protect our belongings so we ended up with 2 inches of dust on every single item in our home which they thought could be cleaned with 1 person and a feather duster. Needless to say 1 week after the work has been completed the plumbing problem still exists, I have patches of missing drywall and paint, mismatched grout they replaced in the bathroom on top of broken tiles, and did I mention 2 inches of dirt, dust and debris on literally everything in my home
