John did an semi emergency repair at my home less than a week before Christmas when everyone else said that it would be difficult to do so before Christmas. He treated it as a standard repair when he easily could have applied a multiplier to the price. John called me back the same day I called him, showed up the NEXT day when he said he would and did the job quickly, cleanly and efficiently.
I could not possibly have been happier with John's work and trade ethics. I was in the trades for over 35 years, and I know the difference between good plumbers and bad plumbers, good contractors and bad contractors. John is a very good plumber I'd trust anytime.
