Jorge Sierra Is a completely incompetent GC that should not have a license. First off, know that all the money that you give him up front is going to finish off the last job that he has lingering and workers that were left unpaid.
After you pick out what you want he just goes and buys whatever he wants (cheaper) instead and then plays dumb.
By the time you are done you have to hire another company to fix all of the mistakes and unfinished things that he left you.
Like- AC condensation line left to dump water in the wall, Every door sticks, toilet wobbles, leaking kitchen fixtures, used appliances instead of new, black and Bronze fixtures used together (he doesn't know the difference between black and bronze).
And he abandoned the giant overflowing dumpster in front of my place. I had to pay $1000 to them after i had to rent another $350 dumpster 1st to remedy the over fill situation. He completely lied and told me that they were coming to get it knowing that it was over filled and not paid for.
If you hire Jorge after reading this review is wish you the best of luck; you're going to need it.
