Starting with Casey answering the phone Professionally and her scheduling the necessary service, the experience was excellent. She listened to my problem and had me email a picture of the light fixture being replaced to show the electricians what needed to be done prior to their arrival. James and Danny contacted me prior to the visit with an ETA, discussed the problem with me and stopped off at the electrical supply house to pick up the necessary light fixture. This was tremendous, as it allowed them to come to the house and do the repair with the necessary part. Very efficient. James and Danny were professional, have excellent interpersonal and social skills and were very clean and courteous. I would use Simon electric again for any of my electrical needs.
