    Composite Deck Build

    Tony Simone and his entire crew were excellent from the very beginning. Tony (owner) stopped by my home and provided me with a free estimate and was able to discuss my needs with my wife and I. Before reaching out to Tony, we spoke several other contractors who marked up the price to astronomical figures. Tony came in at a very reasonable price and offered us options if we wanted to have more premium additions included in our deck and also offered plans for lowering the cost of the composite deck rebuild. I will say the most important aspect of a contractor is TRANSPARENCY and HONESTY, Simone Builders was 100% transparent and honest with me every single step of the way. They didn't haggle with me. They completed one of the largest projects they ever have with my deck. The entire crew is extremely pleasant and they clean up after themselves. This crew worked hard in the 95+ degree weather and was able to complete this job (despite Covid-19) within a reasonable time period. There was a national lumber shortage and Simone builders were able to secure lumber and have it delivered directly to my yard. They worked with me on a number of concerns and even informed me when other repairs were needed. One of the key notes of their performance was that they actually repaired my siding included free of charge with this project (keeping in mind I had extra siding laying in my garage). This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor crew in my life. I am a young homeowner and other businesses and contractors either attempted to price gouge me or just never picked up because they "were too busy". Simone Builders are the best crew I've ever had the pleasure of hiring for my home composite deck project hands down. I will continue to hire them for any additional renovations I may plan to have in the future. I highly recommend them if you want a very in depth and caring crew whom you can depend upon. At the end of the project, Tony Simone actually worked with me on the budget of the project and that is extremely rare to find in a contractor in my personal experience. I can't sign my praises enough for this crew! You won't be disappointed! Call them for your next project!
