  Calling Simpson’s Custom Carpentry to help us get the spot for the refrigerator bigger was absolutely the right choice. Greg was incredibly talented and looked at our problem like it was his own. I would definitely use Greg again and you should too.

  Detailed oriented and likes to do the job right. Responsive and easy to communicate with. He does it all. If you are concerned about comparing prices then get an itemized estimate. Trust, fair price and workmanship were our main priorities over getting the best deal or negotiating a few bucks. We’ve had many skilled workers over the years and he’s on my top list to call back.

  Repair our roof.

  This is long overdue, I just realized I hadn't taken the time to write a review. Greg was referred by another contractor. I had roof damage that needed immediate attention in February. He came out immediately and fixed my roof and some other issues that would have been major problems in the near future. I appreciated his honesty and great workmanship. Thank you....

  I thought Greg was a excellent Plummer. I needed my powder room sink removed and reinstalled. He
  Came out in a timely manner and it turned out perfect. He is nice and very polite. He always answers my text in a timely manner and was extremely polite in answering. He takes his time and does a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend him. He also found the solution to my roof that was slightly leaking. I had people come out to look at the roof and none of them found the solution, they all wanted to reroof the whole roof. He’s a honest and very mannerly worker. I would definitely recommend him!   Replacement of outside stairs

  I never actually saw or met Greg, the owner. He received pictures from Jerry Thomson, the handyman I originally called. Mr. Simpkins then said he would mail the estimate and never did. He verbally gave me a range for the price $2400-$2800. Of course he then said the higher number of $2,750 and with another $500 for the lattice I wanted. The job was delayed many times and I paid $3285 for a set of stairs to be replaced. No itemized invoice or estimate ever, and his associate did all the work. $400 a day for labor alone. I could have totally ripped off. Bad way to do business.
