It was a great experience that is not often heard in a home project! Cesar installed the bay window they were punctual, efficient, and clean. They were curious and considerate. I will use Caesar again in my project.

From the salesman, the guys who measured to the guys who installed my doors and windows the service was up and beyond what I expected. The two gentleman who came to install worked together like a fine tuned machine. Every step was organized and clear. They went to the extreme with cleaning up after themselves. Not a single slice of ruins was left behind. They also were extremely respectful and polite. They did not leave until they were sure I understand everything they had done and was extremely satisfied.

We recently had Simple Home Improvements come and replace all the windows and sliding doors in our home. Our home is 14 years old and almost all of the vinyl windows had already failed and we could hardly see out of them because of the condensation. They came and replaced those windows with fantastic energy-efficient windows. They were friendly, hard-working, and did excellent quality work. They went the extra mile to make sure I had no cleanup to do. The windows have only been installed for 2 days and I've already gotten compliments on them.I look forward to having a quieter and warmer house.

Their installation crew was really nice and happy. They removed the old windows and put in the new windows and flashings on day one. On the second day, they patched the stucco and the interior trims around the windows. I would hire them once again and suggest them to friends.

Brian is the nicest person and business owner you will ever meet, and work with, honest about how long to make the windows, as ours were custom framed due to height. His workers arrived quickly on the day of installation, they were both professional and respectful. One screen had the smallest scratch that they could have easily installed without us noticing, the worker whom I found out was the Omar informed me of the slight tear apologized, and had the new screen in a few days. We had four windows done in under 2 hours. Would easily recommend this company.

Cesar did an amazing job with the installation of our windows. During the removal of the old windows and installation of the new, he would explain the process of what he was doing and why (our house was built in 1892). The new windows are a night and day difference compared to the old ones and they look excellent!!

We hired them to install vinyl siding to our house which had old rotting cedar plank. Their pricing was very competitive and they were very easy to deal with. They completely transformed our house, removing all cedar plank, installing house wrap, installation and new siding. They also sealed all edges, windows, we feel like we have a brand new house. Would highly recommend.

I'm very happy with a previous window replacement and have just contracted to replace more of my windows. The product is high quality and the price is fair. This is a very nice company to work with and with one window sash that had a defect, they came and replaced it right away. I'm pleased!

The only reason I give 4 stars rather than 5 is that the finish carpentry on the inside could be improved. I'll have to do a little sanding of cut edges before I paint. I agreed ahead of time to do the woodwork painting inside. Also, we found nails and screws on the driveway after the workers left. Not a big deal, but it's a detail I suggest they attend to in the future. I would recommend this company, however. The door is great!

We had storm damage recently when a large tree branch ripped the power lines from the house, leaving some holes in the siding. Simple Home matched the current siding perfectly, replaced the damaged pieces, cleaned up the mess and unlike the electrical contractor, charged us a reasonable price. Very satisfied!

These guys are the best you could ask for. Its hard to find contractors that finish on time without leaving the yard a total mess. I just fixed my yard for summer so I was worried it would get ruined but when they finished everything was perfect. They did a great job installing my patio door along with a kitchen window. I had no idea what a french sliding door was until Brian explained how nicely it would compliment my house, and he was right!

The previous contractors I hired took too long and always left a giant mess, one of them even ruined my garden! But these guys were amazing they took care of my house like it was their own and made my concerns a priority. They did a big job replacing all my windows and this time my garden wasn't ruined. I was surprised to come home to beautiful windows and a clean yard.

We received a reasonably affordable estimate from Simple Home Improvements for 9 windows (whole house) ,siding, fascia, soffits. We were impressed with the superior materials,United Windows, Royal Woodland Dutch lap insulated vinyl siding. Everything went fine—it was the usual professional job, and they did what we expected them to do.I highly recommend this company.

The process start to finish was flawless, they came in and out, very polite the one thing that stood out a lot was they clean up after they were done, most contractors that I have dealt with in the past have never done this so it really caught me by surprise.
Fact is I would use them for my next project over the summer.
