    New Home Construction

    Simplified Construction built a new house for my family. We contacted about 8 different companies to start the process of searching for a Builder to build our forever home. Simplified was excellent to work with from start to finish. Craig made us feel like part of his family, he was very professional but also very personable. I almost felt like it was my best friend guiding me thru the process and making sure we stayed on budget while delivering an awesome finished product. We highly recommend Craig and his team.

    Experience has been horrible! 12/30/20: New house is still falling apart. We still have warped front double doors. We have a stud coming out of the sheet rock in the kitchen wall. Living room/ dining room wall is cracking. Tile in the shower bathroom is cracking. Its an utter mess! With that being said, no contact from the builder...a text message would be okay if he doest not want to be professional and speak over the phone about his terrible work. Pictures will follow.

    Whole house renovation

    The Team at Simplified Construction were very professional, on time and finished the job under budget. They completed a historic house renovation for us to include gutting everything back to the studs, all new mechanical, new finishes and fixtures. Great job!
