    Build residential garage
    $20,000

    Contracted them to build our residential garage. Gave them $20k and were to start by June1st, 2019. Had to hound them daily to show up to get some small amount of work done! Months went by until mid-October arrived and the garage was just over halfway complete!!!! So we fired him… then had to reapply for building permits, hire a new contractor, and pay an extra $8k to get the project finished ?

    They re-roofed our house in 2018. Also installed gutters. The gutter installation was not done properly and had to be redone by a gutter company. Nice enough guys but not too skilled.

    Vinyl siding

    I contracted simplified home improvement
    To do a vinyl siding job on my home in
    Rapid city. Mi.. they took.a $5,000.00
    Deposit and ordered no materials plus performed no labor for over a year.
    So I requested my deposit be returned. They
    Ignored my request and have kept my
    Deposit for doing nothing . Not honest at all.
    I would never recommend them

    I had a contract with a list of home improvments. I'm still waiting for them to finish 9 months later. One of the repairs they were to address was the roof ventilation in the eaves to the peak vent because of ice build up, guess what I still have ice buildup. I don't recomend this company. I can't even get them on the phone.
