    Renovation and Addition

    To have Simpson Developers work on my home project was a wonderful and comfortable experience. I chose Mr. Simpson out of Three other contractors. After seeing his work of other homes and talking with the home owners, I knew that I had chosen the perfect contractor for the renovation and addition to my home. I was so impressed. I asked Mr. Simpson; When could you get started with my home project? Mr. Simpson worked in my home and treated it as if it was his own personal property. He is creative, reasonable, and very professional. Mr. Simpson had great ideas to suggest to me to keep me within my budget. He is very thorough, detailed and honest. My home project was not at all a small project. In spite of the large renovation and addition he had to complete, Mr. Simpson stayed within his time line of completing project ( new roof & porch, new bathroom, renovated bathroom, renovated and addition to family room, complete tiled floors to all new rooms and existing areas, new circular driveway and sprinkler system. I have a home that I love and I am proud to show it off to others. Mr. Simpson's expertise, care and style in home renovations and building certainly made me a pleased and satisfied homeowner. His work and finishing touches went far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Simpson Developers to every one. Keep up the excellent work Mr. Simpson.

    Over the last 10 years, Mr. Simpson has built me 8 spec homes in the Broward County area. In addition, he has rehabed 4 homes, 2 in Broward County and 2 in Palm Beach County. The total dollar amount of theses projects has exceeded $1,600,000. His attention to detail in every phase of my projects was very impressive. He has an incredible working knowledge of construction plans, working with city building departments, assembling very competent sub-contractors and making sure every detail is completed with perfection. Never once was I back-charged or hit with unfair change orders like so many contractors do today. After the second home, I didn't even put my plans out to bid with other contractors. I knew his pricing was fair and the quality of work was second to none. This gentleman knows and understands construction as well as anyone I have ever met. Whenever there might have been an issue with something which was rare, he was right there and always solved the problem. Many contractors today either vanish or will want to charge you to make things right when it was their responsibility in the first place. I would never recommend someone unless I had complete faith in that person and I can say that I would highly recommend Simpson Developers if you are planning any type of construction or real estate development. This guy is a true gentleman and a very professional general contractor.

    Mr. Simpson saved my place. I had a contractor before and the contractor destroyed my ceiling during demolition. I fired the contractor and hired Simpson Development. If it wasn't for Mr. Simpson expertise and experience, I would have never been in my business. I would recommend him to anyone.
