Great Builder to work with! Our home is gorgeous, floors, walls, ceilings, wouldn't change a thing! They will help pick out the latest designs and colors, have great ideas. Our house is around 2600 sq ft, is so quiet and energy efficient. We have been in it for about 6 weeks, our first electric bill was only $90! We highly recommend Simpson and Gardner for your dream home!
