Very disappointed in the service from this company. They fixed the leak - great. Within the scope of work was to do a brushed finish of the concrete to look similar to the driveway. We know it won't be exact, but come on, this is a joke. Escalated to Brandon, didn't hear back, spoke to Ruth, and she told us to basically to go fish. Check out the workmanship after paying $1600 for a crappy job. See the picture after a week of the concrete being dry. They could have even put a slurry over the top to make it cleaner. Botch job, a weak company with no form of customer service, empathy or expertise for a job that now we know was way beyond their expertise. Be warned and stay away. Stick to changing faucets.
