I hired this company on November 2019 to replaced my roof. They started the work, and left before it was completed. It has been now almost 8 months, and they will no longer take my calls. I have now a expired building permit, my association threatening to fine me for the hazard of having uninstalled tiles for over a month in my roof, and a letter from my neighbors claiming to be terrified by the possibility of flying tiles during hurricane season. It has been a never ending nightmare!

Mr. Paul Simpson who was the owner of Simpsons Home Inc. was hired as our general contractor in 2017-2019 to remodel the interior and exterior project for the church. Because of his irresponsible and late responses to the city in the city permit process, the whole project was delayed for 2 years which was supposed to be finished in 6 months. He kept asking money from us to proceed just a small step of the project. Finally he took 80% of the total contract and promised to purchase material which was the most expensive cost in the contract such as the impact main glass double door, double wooden interior door, kitchen cabinets and granite counter top, appliances, breakers and the electrical receptacles, water drinking fountains, etc. Finally, we sent him an attorney letter to terminate his work.

Great Small company to work with. Paul Simpson, the president, is basically the only one managing all the contracts open; however, he still manages to stay positive and always answers your call. Not only is he a great person, his work ethic is exceptional as well. I would recommend anyone to hire Paul for your general contracting, plumbing, or roofing needs.
