Sinai did a fantastic job for me. Their work is of really high quality. They underpinned a large portion of my foundation and replaced large parts of the foundation as well.
They are very thorough, very professional, very good at what they do. I loved working with them and have nothing but good things to say. Initially I dealt directly with Chris Bahr, who I think has since started his own company - but across the board, the Sinai guys were great. Super professional, super responsive (I worked with an engineer who was terribly unresponsive so I know the difference) - anyone I contacted at Sinai was very quick to respond, meet with me, answer questions, etc. Everyone I dealt with (Marcos and Armando come to mind) was polite, considerate, personable, trustworthy, and professional. They worked with me through every part of the process, revising plans patiently as needed.
I liked them so much in the initial planning phases that I didn't even get any other bids. The only thing I can't say for sure is whether they are somewhat expensive or not as compared to other companies. I don't think they are the most expensive out there, but I'm sure they're not the not the least either.
