Mr. Craig Sinkfield is not a professional. Estimate was written on the back of his business card and when I asked him to start the work, he said he didn't remember what he bid. He became aggressive when discussing how to coordinate the work with other contractors saying he knows "these guys" but doesn't know them. Not sure what that meant. I wouldn't use him again.
