    The windows are very nice BUT the headache I got from this whole process is not worth it!!! Look elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!!!

    I heard about this place over the radio when they were advertising a 50% off deal. I called them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. The guy came out and sold their company on offering the lowest prices and good quality. He asked what other companies had offered and I said $3000 (for 4 windows) and he said that was ridiculous. He gave me a quote for a few hundred less which I was happy with but the happiness did not last very long. Oh and when I asked if I can think about it and call back within a day a two, he said the price will increase over $400. When I asked why, he said because it would require someone else to come to my house to do the paperwork... over $400 for less than an hour of work?! I'm definitely in the wrong profession.

    I was supposed to get a call the next day to schedule measurements and no one ever called so I decided to call the day after (Friday). I call and there is an issue... they "miscalculated" on the calculator ... by how much you ask?! Oh only $1600!!! But hold on folks, they are willing to pay for half and only $800 would be my share. Well we agreed on a price and amended the contract on day 2. The same day someone else came out for 5 minutes and took measurements. I gave the guy a check for a portion amount due, which wasn't accounted for when I got my invoice. I had to email to get that fixed. I guess they hadn't received the check from their guy yet.

    On day 10 I believe, I received an email with an attachment and no explanation. It's a notice of egress requesting I sign off liability because some of my windows are not up to building code. First the email doesn't tell me which ones and secondly, how does a window company not know on day one that a window is not up to building code?! It's a normal window which they claim to install 30,000 a year... I emailed back saying this was never mentioned to me, how do they sell windows that are not up to building code and tell their customers after the 3 day cancellation policy. So damn convenient!!!!!! I emailed 3 times asking for a refund and no response back... I finally call the office to speak to someone. Sadly, I can't cancel because of the 3 day policy oh and because they already placed the window order. I think an hour later, I get an email that my window order has been placed... lol what liars! They also ordered the wrong style for two of them, which they were able to easily adjust because of course they JUST placed the order.

    The guy that arrived on the first day told us the turn around time from signing is only a week after measurements are taken. It took longer than that, but the glorious day arrived when the installers came to change 4 of my windows. They get the one star for the work because the 3 guys were very nice and did a great job. They also cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed. Big plus for me. I sign the forms and give them the final check.

    Oh wait did you think this was over? So did I. A few days letter I get a call and an email that I still owe money. I emailed back saying I gave the check to their installer... now we are here today where I get a call that they lost my check!!!! I have no idea who has my check or where it is! I put a stop on it but my check is still out there with my personal information they are going to credit the $30 stop payment fee which they should as this is their fault, but come on people!!! So unorganized and i felt that I was fooled and trapped into a deal. They can say that's not the case, but boy does everything point to it. Let's see what happens now as this quest is yet to be over.
