    My family and I moved into a new construction home in the South Bay last year, built by Six Sigma, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The build quality and finishes of our home are exceptional, especially the stucco finish, wall finishes, tile work, plumbing, and duct work, which demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship.

    Our point of contact, Ronnie, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.     I bought a home that completely renovated by Six Sigma. It is beautifully redesigned. We do find few small things to fix, or simply need help. Six Sigma's Ronnie and his team always responded quickly, even they were on many other projects as well. Ronnie knows our home's design to each of their details. Six Sigma's Mounzer is the person that arranged to help fix issues reported, and he is easy-going and patient. For urgent topics or things relevant to safety, they sent people to fix in a fast manner; for example, for a little tilted shower glass door, and a not functional outlet on the wall, etc.

    Topics under warranty and topics not under warranty are both explained. A 10-year builders warranty covers structural defects to a home is for our newly designed home, and 1 year warranty for non-structural parts. We got promise that if there is an issue whether we can't tell if it comes from structural or non-structural, they will help check.

    Topics that not under warranty (that they can do go through "change of order" process) are quoted by licensed people, when we asked for quotes. The quoted price is reasonable.

    Six Sigma people that we work with are friends to us.
