I hired this company in 2019 to repair our deck. They did not communicate well as to when they would be coming or not. I would let my dogs out into my backyard before 7AM to find an employee there working without even knowing they were coming that day. Alan's wife pushed us to make our final payment because the work "was completed" before the walk through ever happened. Alan pointed out a number of things he himself was not happy with and we discussed how the job was not complete or done per what the contract had stated. Alan said the weather was too wet and that they would come back as soon as the rainy season ended to finish the job. I reached out to him in April 2020 to which he responded that they would come finish the job once covid regulations let up. Fast forward to June and July, Alan stopped responding to my texts or phone calls. In August I was finally able to get ahold of him and put us on the schedule to come spend a day finishing the job on September 21. Well that's today and no one is here nor is Alan responding to texts or answering his phone. Found out today that their license was even suspended back in July. Stay far away from this company. We're out $3,200 and have to hire another company to now do the job right.
