We purchased a home that SJ4 had renovated and flipped to us. The home and decor was beautiful. The work and craftmanship left a lot to be desired. Within 6 months, we had water pouring into our crawlspace in the addition they built. After having multiple waterproofing companies come and look at the issue, we figured out that the foundation of the addition and the foundation of the existing home were NEVER sealed. We sealed these and haven't had a water issue since. Additionally, the built a beautiful 5 foot shower. We bought in December, and by that summer, the tile on the floor of it was cracked across. We had to rip it out. The shower basin was not installed properly causing the tile to crack. Our AC stopped working right at 5 years. We were informed the unit warranty was never registered when installed, and therefore we had to replace the whole system. We reached out to them multiple times early on and their responses were less than helpful. Beware when buying a property from them.

Although we really enjoyed working with Sally & Jeff initially, we have been terribly, terribly disappointed with the follow-up for issues which presented themselves only 12-18 months after they renovated our master bath. When we contacted them about the grout coming out in large chunks in the floor & shower, they told us to contact their former tile person. Unacceptable. They then finally agreed to come see the issues, and said they'd fix it - at the cost for labor and the new materials. Since that time, we've had to dig up the floor to replace it, and now we've discovered that the shower is leaking onto the sub-floor. The cost to fix their mistakes, and mistakes for which they are not willing to take responsibility, are in the thousands of dollars. I'm not one to post something negative, but it was disgraceful that the tile and grout we had for 22 years was perfect, but whatever they did, didn't last more than 18-months and they won't fix it.
