builder offered to pay for upgrades if a portion ofconstruction costs paid in cash. ($10,000) so we paid$10,000 in cash... when construction done, builder asks formoney for the agreed to upgrades you already paid for.then sends harassing letters of complaint to homeowner,purporting to be el rancho encantado. then doesn't pay forsupplies to build our home now supplier is putting a lien onour home for unpaid construction materials. i paid ske$5000, but told him he lied and i would not pay the rest ofthe $5000. he has done this to other customers to...
