    Rehab the family home.
    $75,000

    He took $75k from me to rehab my home, never completed the job and now I’m in the whole for $250k because I’m having to pay for everything all over again with a new contractor. I.e HVAC, flooring, windows, entire kitchen, two bathrooms, siding and he removed an entire back porch which I no longer have. Let’s not forget that I was homeless for almost six months having to pay rent to someone else while waiting on him to complete my home. Which he never did by the way and he as the audacity to want to pay me back $100 at a time.
