Within the last year I had a boiler heating system installed. Since then occasionally my house has been filling up with carbon monoxide. I tried several times over the winter to contact Sam and when I did reach him he said he would be over that afternoon or the next day. He never came over. I recently had it checked out and it turns out that he installed an extra baffle that caused the issue, hardly put any glycol in the system and installed the pressure relief valve way too high above the boiler. I have since called several times and emailed him since it is still under warranty. I finally received an automated email stating that they have closed their doors as of May 1st. 2016. If this company is still in business be very cautious in using them.
