Sky Power of Arizona installed a solar system on my house in March 2022. It worked well from April until August 2022, and then stopped. I have attempted to contact them many times over the past 10 weeks to troubleshoot and fix the problem. About half the time I cannot get through to customer car, and get cut off without being able to leave a message. Sometimes I get through and leave a message but rarely does my call get returned. When when I do talk to a representative, I get a run around about how busy they are and they cannot schedule a warranty service call to at least check out the problem.
Bottom line, the after installation customer care is terrible. Once they get your money, you become a very low priority. I would strongly recommend not using SkyPower of AZ if you values customer service.
