Sky Renovation & New Construction

We wanted to convert our garage to a livable unit to rent out to gain extra income but didn’t know where to start. Form the first phone call with the office to my meeting with Ian we felt fully informed about the necessary steps and they checked in with the city and did all the dirty work even before we signed a contract. Sky Renovation really knows their stuff! You don’t have to go to 3 different people because they have everyone in house. I couldn’t even imagine to do this project with anyone else. We thank Ian & Sky for their excellent work!

Ian, I am so thoroughly pleased with how we worked together. It only took 2 days to decide on my final design based on his very good eye, his patience and how he listened to what I had as a vision. I listened to his guidance as well, he comfortably shared the advantages of some options over others and helped me keep to my budget. His thoughtful ideas made the whole process fun and the final results are 100% consistent with my vision. I couldn't be more pleased.

Working with Sky Renovation was a wonderful experience. We did a total kitchen renovation in our new condo in West Hollywood. Plumbing and electric had to be brought up to code and we had to deal with a HOA Board which was not easy! The project went very smoothly and the results are just beautiful. Ian was patient, creative and extremely responsive 24/7, had an excellent attitude and even got along with our Ernie our HOA board member who tends to be hard to deal with. Aja from the office checked in regularly. The crew was always there on time and did excellent work. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with the result and the work was competed on time.

They recently completed work at my home, which entailed the design and building of a new addition and adding French doors leading out to my garden-terrace. I used Ian from SkyRenovation for my bathroom and was thrilled by the renovation. Ian did a great job of laying out the work plan and designing the bathroom. We also spent a lot of time going through bathroom materials to maximize value for me as I had a set budget. I will say that despite having a budget, I did end up with high quality and visually appealing fixtures like a high end rain shower system and carrara marble tile. Ian has a great eye for design.

SkyRenovation’s staff was excellent. Kitchen remodel was much easier than I thought it would be. Ian created a design and helped me choose the components - the, counters, cabinets, lighting, everything. The work crew was excellent and everything was completed in five weeks. Work quality was great with high attention to detail.

I used SkyRenovation for a kitchen renovation project. I had a very small kitchen and needed a contractor who could maximize the space. I worked with Ian who designed the new layout, exactly what I was looking for. SkyRenovation(Ian and crew)were terrific, the work was done on schedule and looks great. The whole process went smoothly, even when we had design modifications to accommodate for a couple of unanticipated electrical relocations. SkyRenovation did an amazing job with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Ian, our designer for an initial meeting at our home, he was patient and very professional. He is extremely responsible,replies to our email within a couple hours. He offers his expertise and addresses our concerns to make sure we understand all the details. Due to our work schedule, it was difficult for us to meet during the weekdays, Ian was able to have meetings with us on the weekends so we can pickout materials together and he went through the drawings with us and answered all of our questions.

My wife and I selected SkyRenovation to do a near complete overhaul of our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! We started planning with Ian& he was able to walk us through a detailed process in picking out new countertops, floors and details into how we wanted the kitchen to look. He was able to work with us and ensure we didn't exceed our budget limit and there were no "surprise" costs that you usually hear about other workers. We then worked with Aja as well to finalize what we wanted and she gave us some good recommendations.

6.       After SO many years putting off the renovation of the ratty bathroom in my North Hollywood condo, I gritted my teeth and launched my search for a contractor to get the job done. After speaking to several contractors, I made an easy decision once I met the SkyRenovation folks. For me, the hardest part of the project was over. Ian was my always-available creative collaborator, helping me put my dream bathroom into layouts-and-specs form. Aja was the vigilant on-site project manager. And the rest of the team kept the work under way with minimum disruption and maximum efficiency, good cheer, and all at a competitive price. Bottom line: Thanks to SkyRenovation, the project simply couldn't have gone any smoother, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

Sky Renovation’s team was so easy to work with. A representative came to our home and discussed our bathroom remodel project. There was quick and thorough follow-up. In all of our remodeling experience over the years, we have never had a company that proved to be dependable, reliable, and efficient until hiring Sky Renovation. As a homeowner, our biggest fear if being sold a story that does not deliver. Ian and his team can forever make that a nightmare of the past. They refinished floors for us and renovated our 3-bedroom house. They gave us extremely fair pricing on quality material.The communication between Aja (production manager) and us was tremendous as we were all in the loop. This all made the experience great.

Had appt on 3/16/16 and never showed or called, however had called initially to confirm appt.
Had not followed through because had to postpone project, ready to commence.

Overall I'd recommend Sky Renovation to everyone and I will use them again if needed.
My project involved a major addition (1790 SQFT) to my house with 2 bathrooms and relocation of the kitchen. Everything was done as promised and looks stunning. The only reason for only 4 stars is because they missed the completion date, instead of 4 months it took them almost 5 but that still is much better than all the others who said 7-9 months.

Sky Renovation & New Construction recently performed an extensive remodel our master bathroom, including the removal of walls and complete reconfiguration of the space. They did a terrific job and were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Ian is one of the most professional and responsible service providers that I have ever worked with. In addition, he is creative and able to think outside of the box to solve problems that inevitably come up in the process of any complicated project.

Ian came out and gave me a free estimate. He was honest, experienced and very professional. I decided to move forward with his company and was very happy with the results. I needed a new driveway and a new roof. Price was fair and the crew was great fast and clean. The Job was finished before the expected date and I am very happy with my decision of hiring them. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future
