I would strongly urge you to consider ANOTHER ROOFING CONTRACTOR to do your roofing job. This company is totally irresponsible, unprofessional, dishonest, does NOT follow through on warranty or guarantees, and does not do quality workmanship!!I had two roofs supposedly repaired or replaced by this company in 2019, both with a supposedly a 5 year warranty! One has leaked since the time it was repaired, and the other supposedly a high quality tile roof--the tiles come loose off the roof during a windstorm, tiles were broken on the roof, and a whole section was not nailed down and came loose. I called the owner several times, he was supposed to come out, never showed up, and never returned my call. I emailed him and he never responded!!!The other roof (a commercial property) has leaked ever since it was supposedly repaired in August of 2019. Throughout the winter we called and communicated with the company to no avail. Finally during one of the recent rain storms, I was at the building and personally witnessed water streaming into the building. Ceiling tiles have become soaked and fallen down and buckets and wastebaskets are throughout the building where the leaks are taking place!! again no response from the company,Their work is deplorable, sub standard, and their warranties are non existent!!I would certainly say "DO NOT USE THEM"!!!!

In our home sale negotiations, we encountered a roofing situation that warrants sharing with potential buyers. The seller, Bonnie Bee aka Bonnie Olson from Bonnie Beez Studio and North End Daycare, engaged Skylight Masters LLC. to certify the roof and carry out repairs. Regrettably, our experience with their services was less than satisfactory.
Throughout the process, Skylight Masters visited our property on five separate occasions to attempt to stop active leaks, but we couldn't help but feel concerned about the quality of their work. It seemed as though they merely applied various coatings to cover up the cracks (rather than torching down bitumen) and used interior spray foam from our basement to try and address water issues. This approach left us questioning the long-term effectiveness of the repairs. They did all fail after 30-60 days. After 60 days we contacted Skylight Masters but they were spending the winter in Florida and couldn't help us.
Furthermore, we were handed a new certification after the sale, which lacked Skylight Masters license number and name and was solely under the father's name, Bill Perry. We can only speculate that this action was taken in coordination with the seller to evade the agreement's requirement of full roof replacement.
Upon consulting with the original roofer, Calvin Turner, who installed the roof, we discovered that Bonnie Olson was well aware of the roof's failure due to her own "gross negligence", resulting in the warranty being voided. In fact, they had been called out for an assessment three weeks before the sale. Such knowledge raises concerns about the transparency of the seller's actions throughout the process.
While we do not have concrete evidence to determine the motivations behind Skylight Masters' actions, it is difficult not to wonder why they seemed to prioritize benefiting the seller, Bonnie, over ensuring the property's roof was in satisfactory condition. This lack of transparency and apparent willingness to work in collaboration with the seller leaves us with lingering doubts about both the seller, Bonnie, and Skylight Masters as trustworthy business owners.
Our intention in sharing this review is to provide potential buyers with insight into our experiences with the roofing resolution during our home sale negotiations. My children and I have suffered greatly from this experience, we have black mold, warped beams, no ceiling in 4 rooms of our house with severe water damage, no lights in our kitchen, etc...I was forced to move here after my brother became completely disabled from a severe brain injury and the greed and callousness has caused me great pain and suffering. Skylight Masters and Bonnie were well aware of my families hardship. In fact, her handyman and tenant, Carl Juarez of Carl Handyman Services in Cascade, told us that "Bonnie knows this aint fixed" and he was told to patch drywall over 3 active leaks before listing. You can see in the photos, all the new fake drywall is leaking through, after their roof repairs. I believe in transparency and hope that our account will serve as a constructive reminder for all parties involved to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. As buyers, we value the trust and confidence that comes with making such significant investments and decisions. It is our hope that future homeowners will be better informed and that sellers and contractors alike will prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their clients.
