Skyline Construction & Remodeling

My project was to completely fix, repair & bring up-to-code my entire house i.e. roof, floors, walls, electrical, plumbing, gas, etc. I ended up with a beautiful house beyond my expectations.

Eric of Skyline Construction was fantastic. He was right on target every step of the way. Eric was at the house every day to ensure the day's work was going according to plan. He used good quality materials and very experienced workers.

Eric listens to your needs. You want to go fast, Eric will go fast. You want to slow down, Eric slows down.

Eric was the key to getting this project done right. He is the guy who will get what you want, done.

At the very least talk with him and hear what he has to say. It will be worth it.

Eric is fantastic. This project was my first remodel; we were looking to renovate an older house we had just scooped up in a competitive market. After meeting with several contractors, we landed on Eric after some enthusiastic recommendations. Eric renovated the whole three-bedroom home on an aggressive timeline, he stuck to the budget, and he went the extra mile to get us into the house before the COVID lockdown. When our schedule got held up because of unavailable inspectors, he made up the lost time by starting on other stages of the project while we waited. Eric is your guy, he's really on your team, and he's great to work with and very honest. There are only pleasant surprises with him and his team.

I highly recommend Skyline Construction for any home renovation project, no matter how small or large. This is the third time we have worked with Eric and his crew. We first worked with him in our last home where we remodeled our kitchen and 3 bathrooms including the master bath. In our new home, the first project we did with Skyline was our kitchen and just finished our master and guest bathrooms.

Eric is awesome. He is extremely skilled in his craft, he is trustworthy, friendly, easy to work with, understands the vision for what you are trying to achieve, gives great advice and consultation and I always feel that the clients needs come first. The services are high quality, top notch and the cost of projects are reasonable and fair. The Skyline team are hard working, responsible and fast. We have always been beyond thrilled with the outcome. The finished project is done right and with care as though it were his own. We have received many compliments on how beautiful looking our kitchen and bathrooms came out.

If you are thinking of a renovation, I would highly encourage you to at least meet with Skyline and compare them to others. Without a doubt, we will absolutely continue to work with Skyline in the future.

Eric is the Best Contractor Ever! We met him and instantly knew he was clam and organized and had great ideas for us . Eric started right away step by step he told us daily what was going on at the house and walking us through the process. We were not living in the house and trusted him to take care of our place for us! Then 5 weeks later he was done yup unbelievable but true! We had our kitchen remodeled and 3 bathrooms remodeled too plus a few others odds and ends. Eric people were so clean and showed up each day worked hard. As new homeowners we wanted to have everything fresh and designed our way, before we move in. The priorities were bathrooms, floors and walls. Skyline construction is a perfect company for all that. It was simple,found them on google, met up with Eric and signed the contract! Eric is very easy to work with, professional, courteous, reliable and efficient. We have newborn baby, so its a lot of work without the remodeling,. Eric made the whole process easier, from picking tile, helping with vanities, wall colors, hardwood floors etc. . His team have done an amazing job! I have to brag about our master bathroom, its to die for! And its fun to be a designer of your own home when you are dealing with professionals like skyline construction. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an upgrade.

There are simply no words to describe the happiness I feel. Skyline Construction sets the bar very high! After 8 major remodels in my home in 44 yrs Eric is without a doubt the BEST in the business. His integrity, quality of workmanship, knowledge and dependability is without a doubt unsurpassed. He communicates, he responds, he’s there and you’re kept informed every step of the way; and he never disappoints. My project is 99% done in the exact time frame I was given and I will be sad when I don’t see Eric and his incredible crew at my home anymore. Who says that????

Our experience with Skyline has been outstanding. Working with Eric and his crew is a real pleasure.
We contacted Eric to redo our master bath, however before we got started we found some unexpected repairs that we needed to do first. It was not a problem, Skyline jumped on it and made the necessary repairs even though they were rather extensive.
He understood that we had a vision for a unique bathroom and spent a lot of time helping us find just the right cabinet maker that was willing and able to build exactly what we wanted. (that took a lot of effort) He was there all the way helping up pick just the right patterns and materials to achieve our goal.
The couple of times when we did not like something, it was corrected. No arguments, just we will take care of it.
Never a problem working around our schedule. Never a problem with all the back and forth on the cabinet.
Communication on schedule or inspections was excellent. Eric or someone from Skyline was always present for inspections.
Bottom line. Skyline prices are fair and the work is excellent. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

About a year after we purchased our house, we decided to remodel the interior of our needs. 

My husband and I both had no understanding of the process. That's where Eric and his crew made it all possible. From the beginning till the end of the project Eric made us apart of the process and explained everything to us, with the outmost patience and attention to details. 

The knowledge Eric and his crew have is hard to find in this industry and I don't know how to thank him enough for our beautiful home. 

He made everything go as smoothly as possible and delivered everything he said he would and more.

We remodeled our master bathroom, kids bathroom, and kitchen with Skyline Construction.

I strongly recommend Skyline to anyone looking for a responsible, transparent, communicative, and above all else, quality professional general contractor for remodeling, renovation, consulting, etc.

Communication was timely, something extremely valuable with complex projects. Work estimates and risk factors has high accuracy with regard to both time and cost (this is a very uncommon feat in the industry). Quality of work and professionalism of workers on-site were supreme (I was personally present 2-3 times a day, every day).

In addition to all this, Skyline continued to take care of us several weeks after the project was done and the contract ended. They made sure to take care to reseal, re-caulk, and/or fix any problems or flaws we found (we only found minor, trivial stuff) as we started living in the house and as fixtures, plumbing, tiles, and flooring begin to settle into their final resting positions. Skyline anticipated this settling, informed us that this is natural, and continued to send in their workers and technicians to make sure every single detail was excellently taken care of.

Highly recommended. If you go with Skyline, you choose to go with a real pro. I am definitely hiring them for my next project.

We've had the most amazing experience with Skyline Construction. Eric exceeded every single one of our expectations from start to finish. It is so hard to find reliable, trustworthy, caring and genuine people in this business and Eric has been all that and more. He basically held our hand through the entire process of our home remodel (gutted house completely) which included framing walls, 5 bathroom remodels, kitchen remodel, new floors, plumbing, new air/heating/vents, painting interior and exterior and much much more. We have never experienced such amazing customer service and professionalism which in today's world almost doesn't exist. Eric's knowledge of home improvement is second to none. Eric and his team are reliable and very well priced. I recently had my house re-wired leaving gigantic holes all over, from the ceilings to the walls. Making the work more complex was the fact that my walls were also textured. His team did an amazing job at patching all the holes as well as repainting the entire house. The work is so seamless that you can't even tell that I had such extensive work done. The painters were on time everyone morning and cleaned up at the end of each day.

My next project is to redo my master bath and am looking forward to another great experience.

Eric and the Skyline Construction team are very reliable, honest and fairly priced. They remodeled 2 bathrooms for us and the quality is top notch. We highly recommend Eric and his team at Skyline Construction. We won't use any other company. They have remodeled our master bathroom, back yard with landscaping and tile, and a full garage remodel. They are professional, knowledgable, and honest. Eric is always available and all of our work was done on time. We are so happy with everything they have done.

I have been blessed to be able to buy my own home In the Woodland Hills area in 2015. I wanted to do some renovations to my wonderful 1980s tutor revival townhome since you could imagine what the kitchen and bathrooms looked like circa 30 years ago. After many bad starts (and I mean horrible... left with a total wreck of a house) with some awful contractors I was referred to Eric at Skyline. And wow, what a great person this guy is. Not just someone you hire but someone you become friends with. His guys did a great job on fixing all the problems the previous contractor created. High marks to his really creative and super conscientious electricians. They were so knowledgeable and careful with everything as were his tile guys. The painters were really nice guys and so careful with everything and double checking the colors and paint types. Just excellent people. But the pièce de résistance goes to his carpenters. The kitchen cabinets these guys custom made are beyond beautiful. I now have a beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend you contact Eric at Skyline and give them your business. Trust me, I've been through the contractor hell and these folks at Skyline saved my house!

I dreaded re-modeling, thought I would be dealing with all kinds of people, and none of them would know what the other was doing... not so with Eric, he is in charge of everything and everyone so I didn't need to worry. If I had a question all I did was call or email and within minutes he would answer any concerns I had. He is so easy to work with and really listens to what you want. He made it much easier than I ever thought it would be.
I felt very comfortable with him and he made sure you felt good about what was being done.....everyone that worked in that house was friendly, did what was to be done in a timely manner....I would never work with anyone else.
