I my opinion, the work is top notch. I am very pleased with the outcome. The workman could have worked a little cleaner.
The owner Dave was extremely rude to me appearing to have the attitude he is doing me a favor. This interaction was his response to my objection that e had pictures of my project posted on the internet without my consent of my private back yard containing his project.
In my opinion, 1/3 down at the time of estimate and another 1/3 payable before they start is excessive when the bond they have is only for $12,000.
Overall, outstanding work. Sales and the owner were very difficult to work with.
